Common questions

Is Corpbook legal advice?

No. Corpbook is a document management tool. We recommend having a lawyer review critical documents, especially for complex corporate structures.

Which provinces are supported?

BC (BCBCA), Ontario (OBCA), and Federal (CBCA) incorporations are fully supported. Our core offering works all across Canada, but without province specific features. Contact us if we can add province specific features required for your business!

Can my accountant, lawyer, or other professional access my records?

Yes. You can invite accountants, lawyers, and other professionals with read-only access on all plans, or editor access on Expedition plans.

Do you sell my companies data?

Your corporate data will NEVER be sold or shared with third parties, even on free plans. Our business model is built on providing value to you by securing your business critical data, not monetizing it.

How is my data stored?

All data is stored in Canada and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at the storage layer, with row-level access controls and comprehensive audit logging on every access.

Can I use my own AI agent, assistant, OpenClaw, or connect Corpbook to an external tool?

Absolutely! Corpbook supports secure API access with authenticated API keys for your agents, with scoped CLI and MCP tooling for agents and automation workflows rolling out.

How does Corpbook protect against losing my records?

Version history is retained on every record and document, so you can see what changed and when, and records cannot be permanently deleted by automated access credentials. Your corporate records stay intact and recoverable through that version history as your data changes over time.
